This weekend my family and I went to the beautiful mountains of Dovre.
It´s the sweet life. Making bonfires, grilling vegan sausages and enjoying the beauty of nature.
I love me some sauerkraut on my sausage meal.
This you easily can make your self
You`ll need
1 cabbage (shredded)
aprox 1L appeljuice
1 dl vinager
3 tbls whole caraway
salt and pepper to taste.
add ingredients to a casserole
bring to the boil and, simmer until the cabbage is soft, and has a delicious sweet and acidic taste. This takes approx. 2 hours
